Welcome to G-Sort, operated by G-Sort Ventures. By downloading, accessing or using G-Sort, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

G-Sort is a business bookkeeping and records management application that helps users manage:

  • Sales records
  • Expenses tracking
  • Stock management
  • Customer information
  • Business reports
  • Credit and debt records

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Use the application lawfully
  • Not misuse or interfere with system operations
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts

6. Service Availability

G-Sort Ventures strives to provide uninterrupted services, however we do not guarantee that G-Sort will always be available without interruptions, maintenance periods or errors.

G-Sort Ventures shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use G-Sort services.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent use of the application
  • Uploading harmful content or malware
  • Reverse engineering the application
  • Attempting to disrupt services
  • Violating laws and regulations

9. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes become effective immediately after publication.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

11. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, or where you have withdrawn your consent, subject to any legal or business record-keeping requirements.

You can delete your account using the following steps:

  • Go to Settings in the G-Sort app
  • Select Delete Account
  • Confirm that you want to delete your account
  • Proceed to delete your account
